The night, a velvet cloak, enfolds the earth,
In silence deep, where shadows give rebirth,
The moon's pale beams, like ghostly fingers, play,
Upon the darkness, in a gentle way.

The world, in slumber, finds a peaceful nest,
Where worries fade, and dreams are at their best,
The moon above, a watchful guardian, stays,
And in its light, the night's sweet beauty sways.

In this still hour, where darkness reigns,
The moon's soft glow, a gentle peace sustains,
