Let me answer your question with one of my own. Don't you think that when an administrator accepts a bribe, deep down they know it's wrong? Their inner soul tells them it's unethical, then why they choose to do it anyway.

Not every truth needs to be visible. Sometimes a calm face is the kindest gift you can give to yourself and others.

it's of the masks people choose to wear when they're being watched.
