To be honest, I’ve tried both extremes. I went through a phase where I listened only to my brain, and a recent phase where I followed only my heart. In both, I didn't get anything except hurt, pain, and feeling like I was going insane.
Because of that, I’ve finally decided to use my brain to protect myself whenever I am prioritising and following my heart.
But... since you are forcing me to pick a side today, I'll still choose the Heart--because at least it dreams, even if it gets lost without a string!
