Yeah... It's definitely a tough situation when reminders of someone you care about are everywhere. But I used to try to suppress these emotions by getting engaged in some intersting activitities like painting the jeera candies. Actually I took the quotation of this work from a candy company just to escape from these situations. You can also try this.
